Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, this piece of paradise offers a spacious floor plan with 1,818 SF of living area, 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 single beds - Twin and Full size bed) and 2 baths, and well-equipped kitchen. The pool area faces west and includes an electrically heated saltwater pool that can be enjoyed on cooler days, too. This beautiful pool area creates a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, just perfect for a relaxing stay in the Sunshine State. Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. Please note it when making your reservation.

Our property is pet-friendly. There is a separate pet fee that will be charged in addition to the accommodation costs after placing your reservation. A pet addendum has to be signed.

Please note that prior approval is required to use the boat dock and lift.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
