Villa Escape - Inviting Home with Pool and Spa

This beautiful, spacious vacation home with over 2,200 SF of living area is situated on a Gulf access canal in SW Cape Coral. It has been completely renovated on the outside in mid 2023.

Features include 3 bedrooms (1 King., 2 Queen beds), 3 baths, a large patio with west exposure and an electrically heated saltwater pool with spa. The home was newly furnished in 2020 in contemporary style and offers everything to make your stay comfortable, from the gas grill to comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Located in a quiet neighborhood off Chiquita Blvd, numerous stores and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

There is a $500 security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened.

Please note that prior approval is required to use the boat dock and lift.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
